Easy Lentil Pate
- 1 carrot
- 250 g cooked lentils
- Fresh parsley
- Salt (to taste)
- Grate the carrots.
- Into your blender or food processor add all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy on freshly baked bread.
