THE SECRET ART OF RARE CANDIED FRUITS
"My passion is to work with all types of fruits, especially rare ones. I have discovered 33 rare fruits in Mauritius. With this fruits I make pickles and candy fruits. My specialty is candy passion fruit. May I say, that maybe I am the only person in the world who have done candied passion fruit. And you can eat the whole one. I have done also candy tomatoes and citrus, all types of citrus."

CAKE OF MY CHILDHOOD
"Ounde is Mauritian traditional cake, this cake was eaten by young kids of my generation. Now I am a bit old, but long long ago every child while going to school, on the way we stopped at the shop and use our pocket money to by Ounde. So this was very popular dessert in Mauritius. Nowadays we don't find Ounde in the shops anymore, but people still cook it at home."
